Application via a heat press is the best way, to ensure even transfer of the design.
For my heat press - 160 degree's for 30 seconds, sometimes I need to do it twice
I cover the design with a teflon sheet, but baking paper works just fine as well.
Once you have pressed the design, lay the T shirt flat, allow to cool and then gently peel the transfer sheet off. I sometimes press again under the teflon sheet, to just give it a final seal.
